Spicy fried clams

Ingredients: clams, red pepper, green onion, ginger and garlic, leeks, water starch, Pixian bean paste, soy sauce, oil consumption, sugar.


1. Soak the clams in water and spit sand. Wash.

2. Cut the leeks, chili peppers, green onions, ginger and garlic and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pot, stir-fry chili green onion, ginger, garlic and Pixian bean paste until fragrant, and pour in the clams.

4. Stir-fry the clams until open, add the leeks, a little light soy sauce, a spoonful of sugar, stir-fry.

5. Add water starch when the juice is about to be collected, and the soup can be taken out of the pot after thickening.

Steamed clams

Ingredients: clams, flower wine, ginger, salt, sugar, chicken essence, chopped green onion.


1. Wash the clams.

2. Seasoning: a bowl of water, sugar, salt, chicken essence. Bring the sauce to a boil and let cool. After cooling, add a little flower carving wine.

3. Boil water in a pot, add clams and ginger slices. Wait until the clams are boiling, remove them.

4. Pour the sauce over the clams and soak for more than an hour. Serve with chopped green onions and garnish with chopped green onion.

Steamed eggs with clams

Ingredients: Egg, clams, green onion, light soy sauce, corn oil.


1. Two eggs, beaten.

2. Boil water in a pot, and after the water boils, pour the clams into the boil. Take a bowl of clam soup and the amount is equal to the egg liquid.

Loofah clam soup
